The Magistrates’ Court of Victoria (MCV) offers a range of full-time, part-time and casual positions.

Work experience

Note: You must be a school student over the age of 15 to participate in work experience.   

If you are interested in doing work experience, follow the steps below: 

  1. Contact the Magistrates' Court where you would like to do work experience and see if any places are available
  2. Arrange a start date, complete a work experience arrangement form and send it to the court where you'll be doing the work experience.
  3. The court will complete its part of the work experience arrangement form and post it back to you so your school can complete the appropriate section. 
  4. Send a copy of the form back to the court where you'll be doing the work experience, so your place can be confirmed.
