Sexual Offences List - Contest Mention Information Form (Form A)

A contest mention information form for summary contested hearings (Form A) must be completed and filed with the Court, either at the contest mention hearing or any other hearing where it is sought to fix the proceeding for a final summary contested hearing, before the date for a final summary contested hearing is fixed.
