Directions concerning conduct of civil litigation. This Practice Direction has been replaced by Practice Direction 5 of 2016.

Mediation Programme

Extends the mediation programme for all defended civil disputes under $40,000 to the Magistrates' Court of Victoria at Heidelberg as from 1 August 2014.

Directions concerning a witness summons to produce documents or things. This Practice Direction commences on 22 September 2014 and revokes Practice Direction 5 of 2014.
