Directions relating to applications made under section 104B of the Sentencing Act 1991.
This Practice Direction is an attempt to increase the number of Koori persons involved in the Criminal Justice Diversion Program (CJDP) by combining the the success of CJDP with that of the Koori Court and commences on 3 August 2016.

The purpose of this Practice Direction is to set out the procedure for applying for a direction that an accused person in custody is to appear physically before the Court.
